Seiko was born in Tokyo and raised in Kamakura, Japan, a city rich in culture and tradition. She attended Tokyo Gakugei University with a degree in Political Science.

After graduating, Seiko entered the fast tracked business world of Tokyo and became successful in translating business contracts for major companies in Japan.

Seiko later redirected her career and moved to Hawaii where she studied for, and obtained her Hawaii State Real Estate license. During her stay in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, she worked with many high-end clients and multi-million dollar beach front properties.

Seiko moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and became a member of the Greater Los Angeles-Beverly Hills and Southland Regional Associations of Realtors. Her strong work ethic has provided the foundation for her work in both residential and commercial real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles basin. She has throughly familiarized herself with the real estate rich areas reaching all the way from downtown Los Angeles to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, the beach communities of Malibu and beyond.

Because of her successful diligence in real estate, Seiko has been featured on Nippon Television in Japan. Seiko feels fortunate and grateful to receive her clients strictly through referrals.

Seiko gives back to the community every year by donating to a variety of charitable organizations such as MOCA, UNICEF, the LCMA and local Educational funds. She feels it is very important to balance her real estate career with volunteer work within her community.

Seiko also feels strongly that her bilingual skills and her understanding of the cultural differences between East and West complete her work ethic, negotiation skills and marketing knowledge. She enjoys the challenge of matching her clients with the perfect investment and living opportunities for their particular needs. Something she learned by investing in real estate herself, both in West Hollywood and Tahiti in French Polynesia.

Seiko currently resides in the Hollywood Hills, and in her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, taking Tahitian/hula dancing classes and hanging out with two German short hair pointers and a Boston Terrier.
